By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user (hereinafter, the “User” or, when applicable, “Users”) is informed that the personal data provided by the user through the website located at the URL ingoya.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) will be processed by INSIDE GOYA, as well as the data derived from the user’s navigation and any other data that the user may provide in the future.

The data provided by the User through the ticket’s purchase will be processed in turn by ENTRADAS EVENTIM, S.A.U. (hereinafter “entradas.com”) with NIF A-81933772 and registered office in C/ Serrano Anguita 8, 2º Piso. C.P. 28004, Madrid (España), based on the agreement of co-responsibility signed with INSIDE GOYA in order to manage the sale of them. If the User wishes to obtain more information about the data processing carried out by entradas.com, he/she can access the Privacy Policy of entradas.com.

The User must read this Privacy Policy carefully, which has been written in a clear and simple manner, to facilitate its understanding, and the User may determine, freely and voluntarily, whether or not he or she wishes to provide INSIDE GOYA with his or her personal data.

3.- OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA

The data requested in the forms of the Website are generally mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) to meet the purposes for which they are being collected.

Therefore, if these are not provided or are not provided correctly, the User’s requests cannot be met, without prejudice to the fact that the User may freely view certain content of the Website.

4.- FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL INSIDE GOYA PROCESS THE USER’S DATA?

2. To respond to the questions raised by the User through the authorized contact channels: To manage, process and respond to the User’s requests, applications, incidents, complaints or queries, made through the different communication channels made available to the User.

3. Develop reports, statistics and internal analysis to improve the services of the Website: Analyse, manage and prepare internal reports and statistics on the behaviour of Users to implement improvements to the Website, in any case, using aggregate information.

4. Sending of commercial communications: To manage the sending of commercial communications to the User with information relating to services, programmes, activities, training, events or news, by electronic and/or conventional means, provided that the User has not expressed his or her opposition to this when there is a contractual relationship between the User and INSIDE GOYA or, failing this, if the User authorises it by ticking the corresponding box.

Creation of a commercial profile: Sending of personalized commercial communications by INSIDE GOYA, based on a creation of profiles, about products and services of third parties related to the financial sector, by electronic and/or conventional means, provided that the User has expressed his or her consent in this regard

6. To comply with legally established obligations: When the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation that may be applicable to INSIDE GOYA.

5.- WHAT INFORMATION ABOUT THE USER WILL INSIDE GOYA PROCESS?

INSIDE GOYA may process the following personal data of the User:

2. To answer the questions raised by the User through the contact channels provided:

  • Identification data: name and surname.
  • Contact details: e-mail address.
  • Other data: any data that the User may provide.

3. Develop reports, statistics and internal analysis to improve the services of the Website:

  • Web site navigation data.
  • Other data: aggregated information of the User.

4. Sending commercial communications:

  • Identification data: name and surname.
  • Contact details: e-mail address.

5. Elaboration of a commercial profile:

  • Identification data: name and surname.
  • Contact details: e-mail address.
  • Data on transactions of goods and services: goods and services received by the affected party.
  • Navigation data in the Website.

6. To comply with legally established obligations: Any data that may be legally required:

In the event that the User provides data on third parties (for example, contact details of a family member), he/she states that he/she has the consent of these parties and/or sufficient legitimacy and undertakes to transfer the information contained in the Privacy Policy to them, exempting INSIDE GOYA from any responsibility in this regard.

6.- WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING OF USER DATA BY INSIDE GOYA?

The processing of the User’s data by INSIDE GOYA is legitimised by the contractual relationship generated at the time of registration of the User on the Website, as well as, where appropriate, by the legitimate interest, the fulfilment of legal obligations and the consent requested, which can be withdrawn at any time. In particular, INSIDE GOYA process the User’s data in accordance with the following legal bases:

1. Manage the sale of tickets and organization of the event to which the User is registered: The processing of data derived from this purpose will have as a basis of legitimacy the fulfilment of the contractual relationship.

2. To answer the questions raised by the User through the contact channels enabled: The data processing derived from this purpose is the consent that the User may withdraw at any time. In case the User withdraws the consent, the consultation or question raised cannot be processed.

3. Develop reports, statistics and internal analysis to improve the services of the Website: All processing derived from this purpose will have as a basis of legitimacy the legitimate interest, recognized to the data controller by the data protection regulations.

This legitimate interest is based on being able to offer Users the services of INSIDE GOYA with the highest quality and best possible experience.

4. Sending of commercial communications: The processing derived from this purpose will have as a basis of legitimacy the consent that or based on the legitimate interest recognized in Article 21.2 LSSI when there is a previous contractual relationship with the User. In the event that the User withdraws consent, the consultation or question raised may not be processed.

5. Elaboration of a commercial profile: The processing derived from this purpose will have as a basis of legitimacy the consent.

 6.To comply with the legally established obligations: All the processing derived from this purpose will be based on the compliance of a legal obligation.

The consents obtained for the above-mentioned purposes are independent, so the User may revoke only one of them without affecting the others.

7.- DATA CONSERVATION

The User’s personal data will be kept by INSIDE GOYA for the following periods:

1. Data used to manage the sale of tickets and organization of the event to which the User is registered: The personal data used for this purpose will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once it is over, for the period of prescription of the legal actions that may arise from it.

2. Data used to answer the questions raised by the User through the contact channels enabled: The data will be kept for the period necessary to process and answer your request and, once completed, during the period of limitation of legal actions arising from that request.

3. Data used for reporting, statistics and internal analysis to improve the services of the Website: The information will be used in an aggregate form for the elaboration of reports, statistics and analysis, during the time necessary to process and elaborate the referred reports, statistics and/or analysis, and, once it is finished, during the prescription period of the legal actions derived from the mentioned request.

 4.Data used for sending commercial communications: The data will be processed according to this purpose until the User revokes his consent, or if applicable, until the User opposes the processing of his data.

5. Data used to create a commercial profile: the data will be processed according to this purpose until the User revokes his consent.

6. Data used to comply with the legally established obligations: The data provided to comply with the obligations derived from the services offered by INSIDE GOYA will be kept for the legally established periods.

8.- WITH WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE USER’S DATA BE SHARED?

The User’s personal data may be communicated to:

  • Public administrations, in the cases provided for by law, based on the fulfilment of a legal obligation.
  • Courts and Tribunals, in the cases provided for by law, based on the fulfilment of a legal obligation.

10.- COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

One of the purposes for which INSIDE GOYA processes the personal data provided by Users is to send them commercial communications with information regarding services, programs, activities, training, events or news relevant to Users and always related to INSIDE GOYA’s own services.

In the event that the User wishes to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications from INSIDE GOYA, he/she may request to be removed from the service by sending an e-mail to the following address: rgpd@ingoya.com or by clicking on the link that will appear at the bottom of the commercial communications sent.

11.- RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER

The User guarantees that he/she is over fourteen (14) years of age or, if under age, has the authorization of his/her father, mother or legal guardian and that the information he/she provides to INSIDE GOYA is true, exact, complete and up-to-date. To this end, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data he or she communicates and will keep the information provided properly updated, so that it corresponds to his or her real situation.

Likewise, it guarantees that it has informed the third parties of which it provides its data, if it does so, of the aspects contained in this document. Likewise, it guarantees that it has obtained your authorisation to provide your data to INSIDE GOYA for the aforementioned purposes.

In any case, the User will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided through the Website and for any direct or indirect damage caused to INSIDE GOYA or to third parties.

12.-EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

As the owner of the data, the User may send a letter to INSIDE GOYA, at the address indicated in the heading of this Privacy Policy, or by e-mail to: rgpd@ingoya.com, attaching a copy of a document proving identity, at any time and free of charge, to exercise the following rights

You will have the right to be informed by INSIDE GOYA whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, to have access to such data and receive information about the purposes for which it is being processed, the categories of data affected by the processing, the recipients to whom your personal data was communicated and the expected period of retention of the data, among other information.

  1. b) Right of rectification and suppression:

You have the right to request the deletion of personal data provided that the applicable legal requirements are met, and the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you when, among other things, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

  1. c) Limitation of the processing, revocation of consent and total or partial opposition to the processing

Similarly, when personal data are transferred to a third country or an international organisation, you have the right to be informed about how you can access them or to obtain a copy of the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer.

Likewise, you may file a complaint regarding the protection of your personal data with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at the address C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 – Madrid, when the interested party considers that INSIDE GOYA has violated the rights recognized by the applicable data protection regulations.

13.- SECURITY MEASURES

INSIDE GOYA will process the User’s data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and maintaining the preceptive duty of secrecy with respect to the same, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of their data and avoid their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

14.- CHANGES

INSIDE GOYA reserves the right to review its Privacy Policy at any time it deems appropriate, in which case it will be communicated to Users. For this reason, please check this privacy statement regularly to read the most recent version of INSIDE GOYA’s Privacy Policy.

15.- ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User declares that he has been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting the content of this Privacy Policy.
